The house
This is a nice ground floor holiday home, with two bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 people. Apart from these bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), there is an open-plan living room and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a sunny south-facing terrace in front of the house where you can eat and barbecue outside. There is a washing machine, a microwave and a conventional gas oven. There is also TV with English and French channels and internet access. There is a garden with swings, an area for ball games and bicycles to borrow. A high chair, cot and baby bath are also available.

Ker Louarn is part of what was originally a traditional Breton farm, set in the peaceful countryside. It is close to the picturesque Leguer Valley and makes an excellent base for exploring the Breton coast. The south side has a sunny terrace for sitting and dining al fresco. To the north is another large garden with a children's play area, overlooking the fields where horses and donkeys graze.

Un super séjour, au calme . Gîte bien situé en campagne, idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la nature, l'intérieur est très cosy, une literie au top . Les propriétaires sont très agréables, et ce que nous avons appréciés c'est qu'ils acceptent les animaux sans nous poser de questions, sans un supplément.
Nous recommandons ce gîte et nous espérons y retourner .

You are 2 km from the nearest village, Ploubezre, where there are several bars and restaurants, including a popular Celtic Creperie. In Lannion, about 10 minutes drive away, are many more places with menus for all tastes.
Activities
Ker Toud is the perfect place for walking, cycling, fishing, water sports or just relaxing. Take a look around the colourful weekly market and breathe in the atmosphere. The gite is within easy reach of the famous Pink Granite Coast with its many unspoilt creeks and beaches. You can take a short boat trip to the Isle de Brehat, or the bird sanctuary at Les Sept Isles. Nearby are interesting places like the historic castle of Kergrist and the beautiful gardens of Roche Jagu.

Further remarks
For larger groups it is possible to rent Ker Louarn together with the neighbouring gite La Grange. Together, a maximum of 12 people can then stay.
