This detached house, just two steps from the forests and lakes of Argonne, is suitable for four people and has a court yard and fenced grounds. The rental apartment is situated on the ground floor, the first floor is closed. The apartment has been rented out since 2005. The rental price includes heating, water, electricity and WIFI. Tourist tax does not apply.
Kitchen with refrigerator and freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, microwave, dishes, pots, waffle iron, raclette set.
Lounge with library, village history reading material and tourist information, satellite TV (Belgian, German, English channels), telephone with access to local French numbers and free wifi access.
One bedroom has a 160cm wide bed, the second bedroom has two single beds of 90cm, and both have blankets or duvets, bed linen which can be rented, and wardrobes.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine. Separate WC.
Central heating included in the price, available the whole year round.
Courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, relaxing chairs. Fenced grounds at the back of the house and in the front, across the street, orchard.
There is parking space in the enclosed courtyard.
