A spacious Perigordan house, recently renovated.
Appreciated for its warm atmosphere, this spacious villa offers a peaceful setting with breathtaking views over the golf course, castles and valley.
Subtle decoration, noble materials such as natural stone and wood, reflect certain comfort.

The house has four bedrooms with large double beds, two on the ground floor and two upstairs, one of which has an extra bunk bed.
For day and night comfort, each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, the master bedroom also has a bath.
