The holiday apartment, with secured private swimming pool 12 m x 6 m, is located on the first floor of a detached villa, with the caretaker living on the ground floor. The holiday flat is accessible through a separate entrance. A spacious covered terrace is accessible from the kitchen, lounge and dining room.
The entrance hall gives access to:
- lounge with a double sofa bed (for 2 children max), 2 lounge chairs, coffee table, TV, radio.
- dining room with folding large table and 8 leather chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, etc..
- the night hall which in turn gives access to:
- storage room with cleaning materials
- separate toilet
- bathroom with double washbasin, bath with shower facility, built-in storage closet
- first bedroom with double bed and 2 built-in cupboards
- Second bedroom with double bed and 1 storage closet
- third bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 storage closet
All windows have fly screens, electric shutters (bedrooms) or traditional wooden shutters (living room and kitchen)
