From your holiday home, you can make beautiful walks and in the evening enjoy yourself on one of the many terraces of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.

The villa has a living area of 300 m2. The spacious and bright rooms are striking. You enter in the spacious hall, from where you reach the dining room with a large dining table and the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a cosy living room with a fireplace. The (cool) master bedroom with separate walk-in dressing area and bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub, separate shower and separate toilet can be found on the ground floor. Open space with a folding bed which can also accommodate 2 people (children).

On the first floor you will find several air-conditioned sleeping areas. There is a nice room with a good sofa bed, this room can serve as an extra bedroom (= closed with sliding doors). You will also find two more spacious bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has a large double bed and the other with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed. A cot is also available and on this floor there is another bathroom with bath, shower, a sink and a separate toilet.

Adjacent to the kitchen of this beautiful villa is the covered terrace with table, chairs and fine barbecue. The 10 x 5 m pool and surrounding terrace face south. There is a front garden with shade and space to play petanque. There is also an open hangar with solid oak beams with table tennis and parking for two cars. The house has an enclosed driveway. The garden is 3000 m2 with a mix of lawn and trees.
