In the region 'le Perche Sartois', on the southern border of Normandy, situated between the Normandy hills and the castles of the Loire Valley, you will find our charming fermette. The ideal place for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
The house is accessed via a small country road, which continues after the house as a footpath, built in the 18th century and completely renovated in old style (wooden beams, old floor tiles). The surface area is 150 m². The furniture is mostly from local flea markets and restored by ourselves.

La Camillette offers a pleasant mix of modern comfort and old stones in a timeless setting.

One and a half hours from Paris, 1 hour from Chartres and 40 minutes from Le Mans.

Interior description:

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance hall,
Dining room with spacious table. Seats by the fireplace and a piano available for our musical guests.
Kitchen with sink and dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker. (filter coffee, Senseo or Nespresso).
Utility room: large fridge, kettle, juicer, espresso machine, 2nd sink, steam cooker, raclette.

A bedroom for 1 or 2 persons, equipped with:

A small desk
Armchair
Pull-out bed, (lit gigogne), 90×190. This bed can be used for an adult with the possibility of sleeping a 2nd person or child. There is also room for a folding cot available.

Large bed (160×200)

Both rooms have individual access, but are also interconnected.

A selection of books and DVDs is available for guests. (Dutch, English, and French-language).
