The house
La Maison de Jardin is a 3 bedroom gîte sleeping 6 . The gîte has a wonderful private solar heated swimming pool all set in a fabulous 3.5 acres of gardens.
The 3 large rooms - Two up stairs and one on the ground floor.
The rooms are equipped with double beds and an extra single bed in the rear room upstairs. All beds are made up ready for arrival included in the price. A wooden cot and a travel cot is available on request. Towels for the bathroom and swimming pool are also included.
The kitchen is fully fitted for all your holiday needs, full oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
The dinning area is also well equipped, the table seats 6 people comfortably. Additional high chair and booster seats available.
The lounge is furnished with a sofa and 3 armchairs. Television is linked up to Freeview, wifi is included. A feature log burner.
The kitchen, lounge and dinning area is air conditioned.
The spacious bathroom has full facilities including a bath and a separate shower with massage jets.
The gite is very child friendly and has the addition of various toys and games to keep your little ones entertained.

We had a great week at Précigné at the gite of Lorraine & Robert. This location is highly recommended - a true gem - if you love nature, privacy and a relaxed environment. The comfortable house, privacy, huge garden and great private swimming pool exceeded the our expectations of my 4 kids and myself. And it made our holiday a true memorable experience. But most of all, we would like to give a big shoutout to the owners, Lorraine & Robert, for their wonderful welcome & hospitality.
