Villa les Jardins du Chateau d'Olonne

Villa21vendee is a modern villa that offers luxury and tranquillity. For us, it is a second home where we really enjoy staying. We decorated it ourselves and there are artworks by Bas hanging on the wall. For the children, there are toys (Duplo train, Lego, Kapla, games, DVDs). There is a stair gate, high chair and folding cot.
On the ground floor is a large hall with a wardrobe and a toilet. There is also a pantry. There is a bathroom with bath, 2 washbasins and a walk-in shower. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a twin bed of 180x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm x 200 cm. The living room has a sitting area with spacious corner sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a full HD TV (Screen diagonal : 40" (102cm)) with, among others, Dutch HD channels, Blu Ray player. There is a speaker that allows everyone to listen to music with their own smartphone via bluetooth. There is WIFI via fibre optic internet. The dining area seats 8. The open kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, hot air oven with grill, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, Senseo machine, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, mixers and toaster. There is ample crockery, glassware and cutlery.
On the 1st floor is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. 1 bedroom with twin beds of 180 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm (can be pushed together if necessary). The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space with enough clothes hangers. Each bed has a bedside table with two sockets so you can easily charge your smartphone and tablet at the same time. Upon arrival, the beds are made.
The spacious garden with heated pool has plenty of privacy, both sun and shade and unobstructed views over a meadow. Via 2 sliding doors you enter the large terrace. There is a dining table with 8 garden chairs. Also 6 sun loungers. There is a large awning. Tervens is a barbeque. At the pool is a terrace with lounge set and parasol. The pool is about 8 by 4 metres and 150 cm deep.
In the shed there is a washing machine and dryer.
Our house has parking space for 2 cars.
