Description of the house , inside :
The very spacious villa is built as a large balcony terrace on the southern slope of a wide valley .

The house is located in the natural park of the Gorges du Verdon, 2 km from the small village centre of Allemagne-en-Provence, in the department of the green Alpes-de-haute Provence .
Next to the castle and around the large village fountain are a bar-tabac , a restaurant and a hot bakery !
The villa has 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a 100m2 spacious living room with a very large lounge .
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 ovens, 2 large frigos with a small freezer, 1 large separate freezer, etc.
The new villa is fully equipped for 10 adults and 4 children* and therefore very suitable for shared family or friends holidays.

The 5 large bedrooms each have 1 large double bed : 2.10m x 1.60m.
Two of these rooms also have an additional bunk bed.
One of the 5 bedrooms, which could be used as a bedroom for young teenagers, has 4 beds.
A baby folding cot (2 available) can be added in each room.
Baby and toddler chairs as well as a baby changing table and a baby bath are at the disposal of the tenants.

Description of accommodations , outdoors :
The quietly situated large private swimming pool , 10 x 4.5 m , is secured with an electric shutter. The orientation is sun-south and it offers , free from view , a wide view of the adjacent green valley.
On the other side , still on private walled land, is the private petanque court , ping-pong table and - in front of the villa - 1000m2 of green playing lawn.
There are 3 spacious terraces :
Connected to the living room and the kitchen : the , partly shaded , breakfast terrace, 20m2 with safety fence for the little ones.
Next to the swimming pool the large shaded terrace, 25m2 with gas BBQ at the terrace table for 12 people.
The 3rd terrace on the side wall , 10m2 , is a separate relaxing reading or siesta terrace.
From the 3 terraces, you can enjoy the green valley landscape and wooded surroundings undisturbed from the villa or the swimming pool.
The oak forests behind lead to the lavender plateau of Valensole via the GR4 hiking trail.
There are 4 private parking spaces at the entrance door. This car park, at the rear of the villa, also has 30m2 of covered parking for bikes and motorbikes.

The immediate surroundings of the property are particularly hiker-friendly. The GR4 trail passes by.
Cycling, sailing, rafting, kayaking and canyoning are also possible nearby.
