Tasteful, small holiday home overlooking the bay of Cannes & Mandelieu.
A hint of lavender mixed with sea air guarantees a wonderful night's sleep. The house is located on a characteristic little road that, because of its authenticity, is part of a protected village!
Mougins is located in a microclimate and is one of the few villages on the Cote d'Azur that has fully preserved its authentic character.
Skiing is also a possibility from November to March. Thirty minutes by car from Mougins is the ski resort 'Greolières Les Neiges' with its friendly slopes.
The house has a cosy living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom with two, single beds.
A separate shower and toilet room. Also a garage. The house has a garden with an area of about 300 m2.
Garden furniture is also available.

MON PIAFOU,
We remember like yesterday how we first came eye to eye
with 'Mon Piafou', an extremely modest cottage that in the late
19th century was home to olive growers, who worked the terraces around Mougins from this modest retreat.

Located on a hill at an altitude of some 300 metres, the garden offered breathtaking
view over a cobalt blue sea.
In fact, it was love at first sight. After the intoxication of the purchase
followed a period of reflection and we wondered what on earth we had
had got ourselves into. And how would we go about this, would we turn 'Mon Piafou'
turn it into a little villa à la St. Tropez or convert it into an ochre-yellow
Tuscan little palace.
Or would we ensure that all the authentic details were preserved and
only carefully updated here and there?
In the end, we opted for the latter and gave the whole thing a primitive
primitive touch, primitive in the best sense of the word, because the interior with
its Provençal antique floors, containing the beautiful motif of a
grapevine and the rattan chairs placed on it, exude an honest
simple atmosphere, which is a sincere tribute to the delights that the Côte 'd
Azur still has to offer and where unpretentious beauty, a flowering
almond branch in a glass decanter and pale green painted shutters triumph over
hollow prostration
