This lovely, charming Provencal house is located on a quiet road 700 m from the village of Fayence. The house is situated on a spacious plot (10,000 m2) in a beautiful garden and has a beautiful, (heatable) infinity pool. Near the pool is a pool house with kitchenette (incl. fridge) and a separate shower with toilet. There is plenty of space for everyone, both inside the house and in the garden. The original house is 700 years old; a part was added later, resulting in a very spacious (250 m2) and comfortable house for 8 people. There is also a small playground for children in the grounds.
On the ground floor is a spacious lounge with separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors in both the lounge and the kitchen give access to the covered terrace. Downstairs is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine.
On the first floor is a spacious landing; here is the master bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) with adjacent bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.
The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed (160x200 cm); the 3rd bedroom on this floor has 2 single beds. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.
Then on the 2nd floor there is another room with a double bed (160x200 cm).
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
