Holiday home Aire de repos is a spacious 6 person holiday home with a private swimming pool on a 3000m2 plot with a beautiful view, near the Provencal village of Le Val. The house is located in a quiet area 1.5 km walk from the village. You walk via a narrow road through olive trees and vineyards in 15 minutes to the medieval village of Le Val. Here you'll find a supermarket, a boulanger, a cosy terrace and 2 restaurants. Nearest big city is Brignoles where you can find big supermarkets and shops.
Centrally located to the Gorges du Verdon (1.5 hours), the Mediterranean Sea (45 minutes) and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence, Nice, Toulon, Cannes and St Maxime.

The spacious garden has a beautiful private pool of 12x5 meters with lounge set and plenty of sun loungers by the pool. From the pool you have a wonderful view of the surroundings. The house is located in a residential area on a dead end road but there is plenty of privacy in the garden. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a living room and a kitchen and is fully equipped.

Layout:
Aire de repos is a spacious 6 person house, ground floor and has a typical Provencal look with its blue shutters. From a spacious entrance you enter the living room. There is a table, separate sitting area, TV, wifi and internet etc. There are doors to the terrace and garden. The adjoining kitchen is relatively simple but everything is there. It is fully equipped, including a 4-burner electric hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and nespresso machine, fridge with freezer (separate).
The house has three bedrooms adjacent to the hall via a small staircase to reach. All 3 bedrooms are suitable for 2 persons: all have 2 separate beds and enough cupboard space. There is 1 bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. In the storeroom there is a small washing machine.
There is also an airco in the living room that keeps the house cool when windows and doors are closed. TV present: no Dutch channels but French, German and English channels.
There is a ping pong table, badminton set, football goal, jeu de boules and a trampoline.

Exterior:
The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood at 1,5 kilometres from the centre of the village Le Val. It has a large private swimming pool of 12 x 5 metres with a lounge set and plenty of sun beds by the pool. The private swimming pool has walk-in steps. The pool starts at a depth of 0.50m and goes down to 2.30m. It has 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. The pool is surrounded by a fence.
There is a long driveway where several cars can be parked. Next to the house is a garage. The terrain is closed off with a fence.
There are two bicycles that can be used.

The house is situated at 4 km from the entrance of the motorway through which places like Hyeres, Aix en Provence, Ste Maxime, Frejus, Cannes and Nice can be reached very quickly. There are also many villages in the vicinity where there is a market every day. On Friday morning there is a market in Le Val.

A 10-minute walk from the house is a riding school where you can ride a horse. There are lessons to follow but there are also trips organized. Also in the immediate vicinity many hiking trails.
In short, a lovely house if you like peace in a beautiful area near the larger cities and Mediterranean Sea.
