The house
There is a modern, spacious and open kitchen with induction hob, american fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and espresso coffee machine, next to it a dining table. A spacious living/dining room with a beautiful flower box with a palm tree. In the living room there is a large corner sofa, there is a flat screen TV, air conditioning, internet, Ipod base and DVD (home cinema). From the kitchen and living room there are doors to the covered terrace and garden.
From the living room you enter the hallway to the 4 spacious bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms on the right and left side have a private shower and sink and patio doors to the outside. Further down the hallway you will find 2 more bedrooms, of which the left one also has French windows. At the end of the hallway there is a shared bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub with a shower in it.
The furnishing is modern and attractive. All rooms are on the ground floor.

Villa Frederic is a beautiful Neo-Provencal villa suitable for up to 8 people with a private heated swimming pool of 11x4.5m. The villa is located on a private plot of 4000m2 and is completely fenced. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a spacious covered terrace with large dining table, where you can enjoy the view over the pool, garden and hills. The pool is heated except in July and August when the pool has a pleasant temperature of the sun. There is a gas barbecue. The pool has a shallow corner that slopes gradually. Around the pool is a beautiful garden with lawn and some beautiful old olive trees. Around the pool there are plenty of sun loungers and a large parasol.
The pool can be heated on request in spring and autumn for € 100 per week.
In July and August this is not necessary, because then the water in the pool is already at a comfortable temperature.
The villa is situated in a quiet area, has a lot of privacy and is close to the village Lorgues. The centre of the popular market village of Lorgues is 2 km away, where you will find numerous restaurants and terraces. Supermarkets, the baker, butcher, newsagent etc. are all nearby. A must is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues.
In the vicinity there are numerous wine chateaux, the famous Provencal markets and the capital of the Var "Draguignan" is 15 minutes away. Cotignac, Flayosc and Tourtour are very nice villages to visit. The beaches of Frejus, St Maxime and St Tropez are 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers can all be reached within 1 hour.

There are many Provencal bistros and restaurants in Lorgues and its surroundings. The villa is close to the renowned restaurant Bruno, widely known as "the truffle king". Atmospheric terraces in medieval surroundings. The area is also characterised by old wine chateaux, where you can taste and buy wine at the chateau almost everywhere. For lovers of golf, hiking, canoeing, swimming, sailing, horseback riding and cycling, there are attractive possibilities in the vicinity.
