Villa Temps de Repos is a beautiful villa for 8 with a private heated pool and stunning views of the village of Salernes. As the name describes, it is a true place of tranquillity. The house is located a stone's throw from the centre yet very quiet at the end of a small street with about 4 houses.
The villa has a lovely pool of up to 11 metres long and has a walk-in beach, ideal for small children or to enjoy the sun. There is a covered pool house with lounge area and outdoor kitchen equipped with sink and fridge.
The house is ideal for families who like peace and privacy but still want to stay close to the centre. The house has very recently been completely renovated and very tastefully decorated.

EXTERIOR
Villa Temps de Repos is located on 1680m2 of land. The villa is detached and there is a lot of privacy. The house has a lovely sunny terrace, from where you have a beautiful view of Salernes. It is 400 metres to the centre of Salernes on foot.
There is a lovely lounge set, a dining table with 8 chairs, a gas BBQ and a large jeu de boules area.
The swimming pool (11 x 4m) has a walk-in beach. This is great for children to play in. There are two parking spaces on site. The property is enclosed on the street side with an automatic gate.

INTERIOR
Villa Temps de Repos is a nicely furnished 8-person holiday home. The villa has a spacious living room with sitting area, flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities and a bluetooth music player. The dining area of the living room has a spacious 8-person dining table and a fireplace. There are also patio doors overlooking the terrace and swimming pool. Part of the terrace is covered. Here is a lovely lounge set, an ideal place for an aperitif in the evening sun.

There is a spacious open kitchen with 3-burner induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso and filter coffee machine.
There are 4 bedrooms in total. In 2 rooms there is a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m and 1.40 x 2.00 m. Both rooms have a private bathroom with shower and washbasin and one of them also has a toilet. There are spacious built-in wardrobes in these rooms.
The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with separate shower and sink. There is a second toilet in the hall. These two bedrooms have single beds of 2 x 90 x 200 cm.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms via a central system that regulates the temperature in the rooms. There is also a cot available.
Both in the house and in the garden there is a good wifi Fiber connection.
