We had a very pleasent stay in the gite of Bill and Pen. They are two warm personalities who make you feel right at home. The gite is a beautiful renovated farm on a hill with a nice view all around. This gite is a recommendation for everyone who seeks a time of from their busy lives, the live here is relaxed and slow passed. The area isn't very focused on tourism but you can go for nice walkes right outside the gite and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Dear Bill and Pen, we loved to be with you, the dogs and - not to forget - the chicken! Everything was perfect! The house was perfect, the surroundings perfect with many nice castles and churches and the beautiful nature. The dogs are perfect and - most important - you both are perfect hosts and warm friends! Live long and happy - whereever you wish to stay in future.

I wrote a review but it's not yet there and you deserve a review because you are terribly nice folks !
When we arrived I had to do some shopping but Pen took care for a bagette, eggs, bacon, cheese, beers and a bottle of wine. Thank you so much Pen.
The house, the garden, the view, we loved it.
La Châtre, a bigger town nearby, is very nice for chopping and a good meal.
I can recommend your place to everyone.
