Are you dreaming of a break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? We offer you an oasis of peace in a rural setting in a historic house that has been authentically and lovingly restored. The very large private garden is ideal for families with children to spend a carefree vacation.
Your accommodation also offers enough space for larger groups. The house has a total of four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size double beds, one bedroom has two single beds. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on the same floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living and dining area is a spacious open-plan area with a wood-burning stove.
The entire house and parts of the garden are covered by powerful WiFi.
Our guests have exclusive use of the entire house, as well as a very large garden surrounded by old oak trees with an above-ground pool, water lily pond and a natural stream. Furthermore, a beautiful sun-protected terrace with a gas barbecue and two private parking spaces.

Important note: Due to the very large natural garden and its water areas as well as the historic staircase in the house, we recommend families with children, a minimum age of 5 years with safe swimming skills.
The house is located 12 km from the A20 highway on the Paris-Toulouse axis (3 hours from Paris).
Or also 10 km from Magnac-Laval with several stores and 19 km from La Souterraine, a town with all stores, doctors, veterinarians, swimming pool and restaurants. There are many exciting destinations and sights for day trips in the surrounding area or you can simply relax by the pool and end the day with a BBQ on the large terrace.
