The house
The B&B Magnone consists of 2 rooms with private bathrooms, Chambre Bleue and Chambre Dorée. The rooms have 2 fine large beds (90 x 200). Both rooms also have air conditioning. A delicious breakfast is served every day in the common room (lounge). You also get access to a shelf in the large fridge and can use the kitchen. In consultation, we also share meals, such as a BBQ or a French menu.
The country house is surrounded by an enclosed garden and offers a lovely large swimming pool.

Magnone is half an hour from the motorway on a hill with beautiful views. It is wonderfully quiet. The area is hilly and fantastic to drive through by car, bike or motorbike. From our location there are many different activities to see and/or experience within a maximum of an hour's drive. Within walking distance of the village where you can play tennis, do basic shopping and eat delicious French food in the local restaurant.

Restaurants, food & wine
In the village, you can enjoy delicious French food at the local restaurant. Several restaurants can be found in the area, from friterie to culinary French cuisine. There are two large wine regions in the region (Bergerac and Cahors) with several chateaus that can be visited for a tasting. You can get all kinds of delicious (local) products at the various markets in the area. There are also regular Marche's gourmand where you can join long picnic tables with your own plate and cutlery to enjoy French local food.
Activities
The region has a variety of activities, culture, nature and adventure. For instance, there are many opportunities for cyclists, hikers and motorcyclists. The Lot and Dordogne rivers offer opportunities for boating and canoeing. There are many charming old villages and towns. There are also many castles, which can be visited. In the region you will find a number of wine regions with several chateaus where wine can be tasted. From a location pet pure peace and quiet, there is an enormous amount to see and experience within a maximum of an hour's drive.
