The house
Ground floor with large living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, toilet and utility room. Both at the front and at the back of the house there is a covered terrace.
First floor with large (parent) bedroom with double bed, two (children's) rooms with two separate beds each and a loft with sofa bed. There is also a cot available. The staircase is equipped with stair gates and there is a high chair in the house.
Outside are two covered terraces and a large picnic table with barbecue area. Around the house there is a lot of space (1 hectare own terrain), a view of the valley and a brook. The house is 100 metres from the paved (quiet) road and is easily accessible.

The cottage is situated on 1 hectare of private land with a small stream in the valley, the Dunière. Around you will see a hilly landscape in which here and there old farms and hamlets are scattered. Forests and meadows alternate. The region lies in the heart of "Les plateaux du Vivarais" and "Le Parc Naturel régional des Monts d'Ardêche".
This northern part of the Ardêche is generally much greener and also has a more temperate climate than the dry south.
The strongly varied nature in the sloping landscape is spectacular, and excellent for cyclists, hikers, fishermen and dreamers.

Leuk sfeervol huis, van alle gemakken voorzien (heerlijke douche!) op ruim stuk grond. Prachtige omgeving. Vooral veel rust, ruimte en privacy. Prettig contact met eigenaar en goede service.

Restaurants, food & wine
You can find the freshest and most natural ingredients at the various weekly markets in the area, or at the farmers' market on Sundays in Vernoux en Vivarais. Culinary adventures are what you make for yourself. And once in a while, let yourself be surprised in one of the many auberges that are rich in the region.
Activities
You can cool down on hot summer days in the brook or in one of the plans d'eau in the area.
Hikers can indulge themselves. From the front door there are numerous trails to walk. A detailed description can be found on our website (see link).

Further remarks
Anyone who wants to give his dog a wonderful holiday should bring him along, he is very welcome. Running and playing outside all day on the land around the house. And in the evening, sleeping in front of the fireplace.
