The house
Holiday home Vignoble in the Drôme department is located in an authentic French country house amidst rolling vineyards. It is a cosy and comfortable 50 m2 holiday home for up to 4 people. Private garden and terrace with covered BBQ area. An ideal base for making trips or enjoying the fantastic views of the Trois Becs mountain range. Location for peace seekers and nature lovers. No pets allowed.
For stays of 10 nights or more, you will receive a 10% long stay discount. Arrival and departure days are possible on Saturday, Sunday and/or Wednesday. Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.
Layout:
Living room with open-plan kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with French door to the garden. Comfortable 2-metre-long box-spring beds. All rooms on the ground floor.
Amenities:
Living room with 2 armchairs, 2-seater sofa and dining table for four. Internet connection and quality hi-fi set. Kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, combi oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment (table model 118 litres), coffee machine and toaster. Bedroom with a double box-spring bed 140x200 cm and wardrobe. Second bedroom with two single box-spring beds 80x200 cm and wardrobe. All duvets are single. All rooms have central heating. Shower room with large shower and single washbasin. Separate toilet. Organic toiletries are available. The holiday home's washing machine is in a separate room in the courtyard.

Situated among rolling vineyards on the outskirts of wine village Aurel. Magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, such as the 'Trois Becs' massif. Paragliders regularly descend from the 'Butte de l'Aigle' and land in Aurel. Grape harvest from the end of August.

Het blijft een geweldige plek om te wandelen, tot rust te komen en te overdenken.
Lekker zitten in de tuin met uitzicht op de wijngaarden en het fraaie uitzicht.

We hebben echt genoten van onze vakantie in le Vignoble. Heerlijke omgeving, magisch uitzicht vanuit het huisje en terras, kortom een prachtige beleving in de rustige natuur. Rivier op een 5tal minuten rijden, echt super! Ook dorpjes/ stadjes dichtbij met verschillende winkels, heel handig om inkopen te doen. Supervriendelijke hosts, stonden altijd klaar voor je doch ook respect voor de privacy. Huisje tip top in orde, Marielle had alles voorzien: verschillende mapjes per categorie met alle info die je maar nodig hebt, heel veel werk in gestoken, superveel top locaties om iets te eten, te bezichtigen..Echt allemaal tot in detail verwerkt. Bedankt!
Huisje was ook lekker koel in warme zomer, hygiëne ook dik in orde. Alles voorzien, microgolfoven,..

Wij hebben hier in de Mas Vignoble een fijne
tijd gehad .Attente en discrete gastvrouw en gastheer, een comfortabel, net verblijf.
De Drôme mag, niet ten onrechte, vergeleken worden met Toscane.
Grote verscheidenheid aan landschappen, veel groen,heel rustig,geen grote steden,wel kleine lieflijke , authentieke dorpjes, lavendel,olijfbomen en zonnebloemen.
En …de zon schijnt hier blijkbaar alle dagen!

Wine cellars with the local bubbles 'Clairette de Die'. Enjoying squares and terraces of numerous restaurants. Morning markets with local products such as goat's cheese (picodon), honey and walnuts. The Drôme department is known for its many organic products.
Activities
Hiking in the mountains and among the vineyards. Swimming in the valley of the Roanne and the Drôme river, canoeing, canyoning, paragliding. Spotting griffon vultures or mountain marmots. Many natural highlights such as the cirque of Saou with the Trois Becs mountain range, Vercors natural park, waterfall of the Druise, and vertical limestone rocks Sucettes de Borne. Hire of mountain bikes and e-bikes. Donkey and mule rides. Panoramic routes by bike or car. Lavender fields (harvest between mid-July and mid-August). Medieval villages with morning markets and restaurants, highest castle tower of France in Crest, wine festivals and concerts.

Cancellation & Refunds | Rental terms | Practical | Route
Free cancellation up to 21 days before date of arrival. Refund policy: You can have the rental amount refunded by us if, on the arrival day, a negative travel advice for our place of residence (code orange or red) has been issued by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if you are from the Netherlands) or the Belgian FOD Foreign Affairs (if you are from Belgium). Tenants are advised to take out their own cancellation insurance and travel insurance.
Rental conditions:
-The box-spring beds are only suitable for persons with a body weight of up to 120 kg
-Pets are not allowed
-No smoking inside
-Deposit: No deposit required upon signature of rental contract. Payment of rent 3 weeks before arrival.
-Check-in from 15:00 hrs.
Check-out no later than 10:00. Delivery broom clean
Practicalities:
Long mattresses (2 metres) and pillows are fitted with cotton moltons. All duvets are single.
Folding cot and/or high chair can be placed free of charge.
Rental service of bed linen, shower sheets and/or kitchen towels.
Also present: rubbish bags, washing-up brush, new sponge cloth, coffee filters, salt and pepper.
Washing machine in separate room
Driving distance: bread in Vercheny 5 minutes, shops/restaurants 10 minutes and supermarkets 20-25 minutes.
Route/attention please:
There are two villages Aurel in southern France both in the Drôme department and the Vaucluse! Distance 1050 km from Utrecht and 890 km from Brussels.

Benefit from a 10% discount on standard rates when staying a minimum of 10 nights OR for last-minute stays (coloured yellow in the calendar).
Rates 2024: mid-season € 630 per week and high season € 735 per week (including costs for energy, cleaning and tourist tax). No costs for commission. Arrival and departure days are possible on Saturday, Sunday and/or Wednesday.
Optional linen hire service, including a free linen change (booking from 13 nights):
- Bed linen hire € 10 per person (1-p. duvet cover, pillowcase and mattress cover)
- Shower towel rental € 5 per person (two medium shower towels and a guest towel)
