La Maison du Guerledan

This larger than average cottage dates back to 1771 and is set within a tranquil and picturesque setting just two miles from the 8 mile long Lac de Guerledan which has several sandy beaches.
. The cottage benefits from just under two acres of gardens and has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The cottage has its own heated in-ground private pool and has a motion detector alarm system to comply with French safetyregulations. All of the cottage is on the ground floor although there are two steps leading from the living accommodation to the third bedroom and family bathroom and a further three steps leading to the master and second-bedroom.
The spacious lounge and comtemporary kitchen/dining room is open-plan with a dual aspect to the front and rear gardens giving a light and airy feel to the cottage. Large comfy sofas are ideal to catch up with both English and French tv. The large dining table is situated between the l lounge and kitchen. A modern extremely well equipped kitchen with built in oven/ hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer . Everything is included for a self catering holiday.
The spacious master bedroom has a large king size oak bed which then leads to a large en-suite shower with walk-in shower, hand basin and w.c.
