Upstairs studio with an area of 33 M2 consists of:
- An entrance to the kitchen area including an electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker.

- A flat screen TV on the fireplace.
- A convertible type "BZ" allowing the sleeping of 2 people.
- A 140cm bed.
