The house
Cosy cottage "Les 3 soeurs" for rent in the cosy village of Bonnebosq, at walking distance (400 metres) from the village shops (baker, butcher, grocer, restaurants etc.).
The liveliness is therefore within walking distance, but the peace and quiet in and around this characteristic house.
Where you enter through the ground floor dining room and kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer etc) 2 steps down to go to the bathroom (shower, double sink, toilet)
Back in the dining room you go up a few steps to get to the sitting room, behind it is a 2 persons bedroom (beds can be put apart as well as a spacious 2 persons bed) If you look out of your bedroom window (or out of the sitting room window) you have a great view over the village.
Above the kitchen there is a sleeping area for 2 people (possibly in one of the rooms there is room for an extra mattress or camp bed, the comfortable couch can also be converted into a sofa bed)

Erg leuk huisje aan de rand van het dorp. De omgeving is prachtig en in korte tijd kan je aan de kust zitten. Huisje is compleet en heeft een goed bed. We hadden een paar vraagjes maar die werden snel door Yvonne opgelost.

Restaurants, food & wine
Our cottage is located in the calvados, named after the famous strong alcoholic drink, which you can taste and buy anywhere in the area, or a nice guided tour to one of the many cidre-farmers, of course that is not the only highlight of the culinary Normandy, Think also of the famous "Pont L'eveque" cheese less than 10 kilometres here is made, or the delicious "Livarot" cheese, or go to a crêperie and eat there as dessert the crêpe / pancake with apple and caramel of salted butter mmm, delicious!!
Activities
Our cottage that we have since July 2017 in the rental, is located about 20 kilometres from the famous seaside resorts of Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur, and also not far from the famous landing beaches, (d-day) in the green countryside of the Pays d'Auge, this region offers much variation so you can next to the beaches also castles and beautiful gardens, there is a beautiful zoo, cozy villages to visit, calvadosmakers, racecourses, flea markets for everyone, and of course you can eat delicious.
We Rick and Yvonne and our 4 children live about 4 kilometres away, on our farm, where you may get your fresh milk and eggs, and are always ready to show you the way or help you with anything.
