The Domaine du Petit Moulin is ideally located in the heart of a valley classified as a "Remarkable Heritage Site", in Normandy, in Courcy (50), 15 minutes from the sea.
Between the sea and the Normandy bocage, come and enjoy a preserved nature. Our estate of several hectares welcomes you in an extraordinary setting: river, pond, wood, calm, the rustle of water....
Put between parenthesis the hectic of the everyday life... our cosy cottages will incite you to cocooning.

This cottage, decorated with care and warmth, is ideal for taking time out to recharge your batteries all year round. It has been selected by "Coutances Tourisme" to represent a typical accommodation of the lower Normandy.
Its natural and cosy decoration, the Zen atmosphere, the large private terrace overlooking the pond will allow you to let go.
In an exceptional environment, this cottage offers an atmosphere of calm and tranquillity.
On 100m², it is distributed on 3 levels:
- On the ground floor:
* a fully equipped kitchen
* a large dining room with its long pine table and saloon chairs, and a small sitting area by the Godin wood stove.
- On the first floor:
* WC, bathroom with shower
* a large living room with its two large feather sofas, its armchair, its pouf... and a breathtaking view of the pond
* a cathedral bedroom with a double bed of 160
The 1st floor is also accessible from the outside.
- On the 2nd floor:
* a bedroom with a double bed of 160 and a mezzanine with a single bed.
A large terrace of 70m², on stilts, overhangs the pond, it will allow you to observe the fish, water hens and herons.... or simply to bask.

Typical Coutançais houses, independent and completely restored with natural materials, our 2 cottages (Riverside and Lakeside Cottage) have obtained a three stars classification "meublés de tourisme", guarantee of quality and comfort.
The tourist tax (for people over 18 years/night) will be paid on departure.

Minimum stay ?
- Short stays according to availability at D - 15, except school holidays = min 3 nights.
- July / August & February, Easter, All Saints & Christmas holidays = min 1 week from Saturday to Saturday
