In the heart of a valley classified as a "Remarkable Heritage Site", the Domaine du Petit Moulin is ideally situated to the south-west of the Cotentin peninsula in Courcy, in the Manche département (50).
5 minutes from Coutances, 15 minutes from one of Europe's most beautiful beaches (The Guardian), 45 minutes from Carentan, Sainte Mère Eglise and Utah Beach for the D-Day celebrations.

Come and enjoy the unspoilt countryside between the sea and the Normandy bocage. Our estate of several hectares welcomes you to an extraordinary setting: river, pond, wood, peace and quiet, the rustle of water....
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life... our cosy cottages will encourage you to cocoon.

In front of each cottage, you'll find a large, fully-equipped terrace made of natural wood, on stilts, where you can share breakfast or a meal, or simply relax.

Riverside Cottage is ideal for a family (2 adults + 2 children).

With its bohemian chic feel, this 110m² cottage is decorated in warm tones and natural materials.
On the ground floor, there's a large living and dining room with a view of the terrace and the countryside, a pretty Scandinavian-inspired fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and ; and a bar area for your breakfasts or an aperitif.

Upstairs, a large bathroom with shower, WC, double washbasins and hairdryer; a master bedroom with a view over the stream with a double bed (160cm) and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds.

Our cottages are typical Coutançais houses, independent and completely restored using natural materials. They have been awarded a three-star "meublés de tourisme" classification, a guarantee of quality and comfort.

Minimum stay?
- Short stays subject to availability on D-15, excluding school holidays = min 3 nights.
- July / August & February, Easter, All Saints & Christmas holidays = min 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.
