The house
20m² studio with wooden frame meeting the latest environmental standards built in 2020. It is composed of a sleeping area with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen area.
This fully furnished apartment is south facing. Completely independent from our guest house, it offers a privileged location, 200 meters from the famous cliffs of the alabaster coast, 50 m from the GR21 hiking trail, between Fécamp and Yport, 15 minutes from Etretat.
Our property is fortunate to be located in a quiet and typical village where tranquility reigns and happiness to enjoy the seaside.
The studio, new, is fully furnished and equipped, only bed and bathroom linen as well as cleaning are not included but possible as an option without worry.
Ideal for couples
You can enjoy the private enclosed parking, the landscaped garden and garden furniture to enhance your stay :)

The property is located 300 m from the cliffs, along the GR21 between the Port of Fécamp (3km) and the Yport station (2km), 12 km from Etretat. The village of 300 souls is located in the middle of tourist sites but in a quiet area. Here it is the countryside by the sea.
Property not overlooked or joint ownership, peaceful garden in a privileged environment still preserved.
Access via motorways 25 km (A13 or A29), Fécamp or Le Havre train station, Le Havre Fécamp bus line.

De gastheer Vincent heeft ons uitstekend ontvangen. Het huisje was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was een optie om ontbijt erbij te nemen. Hier hebben we paar keer gebruik van gemaakt. Yport is op loop afstand (volg gr-route), prachtige fietstocht naar Etretat gemaakt. Ook fietstocht naar Valmont is prachtig. Facamp is dichtbij en levendig

Restaurants, food & wine
The Normandy gastronomic reputation takes on its full meaning with us with a large number of restaurants where you can taste local specialties often at a lower cost.
Crustaceans and fish are of course highlighted by our restaurant owners, but you can also go to the fish auction in the port of Fécamp to bathe in the atmosphere of fishermen and buy products of incomparable freshness.
You can visit farms and buy their products directly, and 10 km away you will find the Apple and Cider Museum, a pretty clos hovel, typical of the area, where you can see how cider and apple juice are made. and also make you happy by browsing the store rich in many artisanal products.
We cannot come to us without a visit to the Palais de La Bénédictine which will allow you to combine a cultural visit of this magnificent building and also a tasting of the famous local liqueur
