The house
This recently renovated studio is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 18th century mansion, 300 meters from the famous cliffs of the Alabaster coast, not far from Etretat. The two nearest beaches are at 1 km each.
The studio consists of a sleeping area with a king-size bed, a lounge area with a sofa and a kitchenette.
It is very light and airy with three windows on either side of this large room, two of which overlook the garden.
A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and sanitary facilities completes this 28 m² studio.
The 4000 m² wooded garden with relaxation area (hammock, sunbathing ...), barbecue and garden lounges is available for you to use. A garage is available for storing bicycles, motorcycles or others.

The house is located 300 m from the cliffs, along the GR21 between the port of Fécamp (3 km) and the station of Yport (2 km), 12 km from Etretat. The village, of 300 souls, is located in the middle of tourist attractions but in a quiet area. You will really find the countryside by the sea here.
You have no view or close neighbours, quiet garden in a privileged environment that is still preserved.
Accessible by highways 25 km (A13 or A29), station Fécamp or Le Havre, bus line Le Havre Fécamp.

Restaurants, food & wine
Normandy lives up to its gastronomic reputation with a large number of restaurants in the area, where you can often taste local specialties at low cost.
Shellfish and fish are of course on the menu at many restaurants, but you can also go to the auction in the port of Fécamp to soak up the atmosphere and buy the fresh products.
Many of the farms also offer direct purchase, and 10 km away you will find the Apple and Cider Museum, a beautiful building typical of the area, where you can see how cider and apple juice are made. You can also visit the shop with the many handmade products.
A visit to the Palais de La Bénédictine should not be missed, where you can combine a cultural visit to this beautiful building with a tasting of the famous local liqueur.
