La Grange du Moulin is a small group of family holiday cottages sharing the swimming pool and enclosed play garden. Exclusively for families with children (generally under 8 years so if you have older children ask about our Les Vallaies French family holiday property nearby. We do not accept adult only groups at this property but have other properties in the area so just ask.

Downstairs is open plan with living and dining areas. For those who enjoy cooking up local French dishes such as moules in cream sauce - it has a very spacious kitchen area with lots of work space and cupboards for storing all those goodies purchased at the French market.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring gas hob, work top electric oven /grill, sink, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and all the basic pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The low dark ceilings with ancient exposed central oak beam and the exposed stone walls, create a lovely dark, cool escape from the heat of the summer.

Cot, high chair, booster seat, change mat, toys and books, stair barriers, potty and toilet trainer seat , plastic crockery and cutlery, toddler step an hand blender are standard items in all the cottages at La Grange du Moulin child friendly gites.

On the first floor is a good sized double bedroom with large wardrobe, draw unit and vanity basin; a twin room with childrens bed and rollaway bed plus wardrobe and a small childrens room with bunk beds and set of draws as well as hooks for hanging clothes too. There is plenty of space in either rooms for a travel cot.

The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, toilet and basin and as with all our family holiday cottages - loads of hot water and good pressure for the shower.
Parent points : The straight wooden staircase is open tread and is steeper than what you may be used to at home but has a stair barrier top and bottom. There is a stone step down to the doorway which you should warn your toddlers about. You have a good view of the garden from this gite.

There is a spacious patio area front and rear with a bbq at the back with a drinks table and two chairs and garden furniture at the front to seat 6 with a large parasol.
