Villa Pavillon

Pavillon family holiday villa is part of the Les Vallaies complex, sharing a swimming pool, games barn and enclosed play garden with four other cottages.. You can relax while your children make new friends. The house sleeps 6 in three bedrooms and has a large private garden. It has a spacious open plan with living and dining areas and for those who enjoy cooking up local french dishes - it has a very spacious kitchen area with lots of work space and cupboards for storing all those goodies purchased at the market. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring gas hob, work top electric oven /grill (big enough for a full roast dinner), sink, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and all the basic pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. It is light and airy with windows all around.
wooden cot, high chair, booster seat, change mat, toys and books, potty and toilet seat , plastic crockery and cutlery, toddler step an hand blender are standard items in all the cottages.
There is a good sized double bedroom with large built in wardrobe and draw unit ; and two twin rooms one with wooden cot, both have a built in wardrobe with shelves. The bathroom has a bath with shower facility, toilet and basin and as with all our cottages - loads of hot water and good pressure for the shower. The villa has wifi throughout and smartt tv connected to the iinternet so you can enjoy your favourite shows via your Netflix and Amazon prime account.
There is a large picture window and doorway leading onto the covered patio area with basket chairs plus a bbq and garden furniture on a terrace in front. There is a private gated driveway for two cars and a huge private garden which is not overlooked at all. At the rear of the villa there is a gateway leading into the communal play garden. Access to the pool is a short walk (50m) through the plqy gqrden or qlong the lqne to the other side of the gites.
