The house
This converted barn can accommodate several families, a group of friends or a team of colleagues who want to work on team building.
The bedrooms have box spring beds with very good mattresses. 4 double rooms, 2 rooms with 4 beds, 1 babybed/box
The house has 3 showers with wash basins, 2 extra wash basins and 2 toilets. 2 Boilers each provide 300 liter of warm water.
The living room of 16 m x 8 m has a 6 meter high ceiling, which makes it very spacious even if there are a lot of people in it.
In the kitchen there is all equipment (Smeg), an oven, micro wave, fridge with freezer, dish washer, washing machine, drying facilities, ironing facilities.
The terrace is 50 m2 and gives access to the PRIVATE and HEATED swimming pool of 10m x 5 m.

Just north of the Bordeaux region and south of the Cognac region, the region offers wines and other gastronomic delicious food. In the village you can have a very nice meal in the castle where for a very reasonable price.

The possibilities are endless - there is something to see and to do for everyone.
Especially if you enjoy walking, swimming and cycling, you are in the right area,
And at 100 km from the Atlantic coast.

The auto route leads to 40 km from the property, on the border of Chalais and Montboyer.
The TGV stops in Angouleme (4 hours of Brussels) and has a connection to Chalais. The airports of Bergerac and Bordeaux are on 1 hour's drive.
