The house
Le Chalet has a covered terrace with an attractive view. A heated swimming pool (6,50 x 12) can be used.
The living room has an open kitchen with a sofa, table and 6 chairs.
The open kitchen contains an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, full set of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. High chairs can be added on request. Towels and tea towels etc. are limited available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. The 2 bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet.
The beds are made upon arrival and there is a large towel and a small towel per person. Please bring your own pool towels.
A cot can be added on request.
On the terrace are a garden table and 6 chairs, plus 2 relax chairs. The swimming pool has a child-proof fence and is heated from May through September. Mountain bikes are available for hire as long as stocks last.
In addition to the use of the heated swimming pool, you can of course also make use of all other facilities that the Domain has to offer you.

In a radius of approx. 60 km around the Domain, and divided over three departments (Dordogne, Corrèze and Haute-Vienne), a discovery of this very versatile area is more than worthwhile.
The cultural heritage and regional architecture have much to offer. Visit the prehistoric caves of the Vézère valley and of course the caves of Lascaux. Admire the numerous castles near the Domain, such as Hautefort, Pompadour, Ségur le Château, or Beynac and Castelnaud in the valley of the Dordogne. Visit the culturally interesting cities like Périgueux, Sarlat, Brantôme, Limoges.
And of course the museums, the churches, parks and gardens, the picturesque villages or make a nice canoe trip on one of the many rivers.

Restaurants, food & wine
In the clubhouse of the golf course on the estate, you will find a bistro for lunch during the high season (July/August), sometimes with the possibility of dinner or just a drink.
In the high season (July / August) there are one or more theme evenings organised every week. Nice is the welcome BBQ on the Sunday evening with live music (only the real high season weeks)
You can also use our bread service. Every morning fresh baguettes, croissants, chocolatines, French sultana rolls and div brown pains are baked on the domain.
You can also make use of our breakfast buffet at € 10 per person.
There are also many nice little restaurants in the area.
Activities
Relaxing on the estate is certainly a must for holidays, but besides sunbathing and lazing around, there are certainly some activities to do for those who can't sit still.
For example, near the chalets we have 2 lakes, one just outside the door where you can fish for carp. In the morning, a walk around the lake is certainly nice to loosen up and wake up properly.
At the second lake you can have a nice swim where the water is very pleasant. To make it easier to get in and out, we have created a small artificial beach where children can play with sand and parents can lie on it. There are also pedalos at this lake, which are freely available.
For sports enthusiasts, there is nothing better than being able to hit a ball every now and then, either on the tennis court or on the 9-hole golf course. For those with less experience in golf, beginners classes are organised by the golf pro for adults and children.
The domain is 360 hectares, we have several paths, both through the gardens and the woods for a lovely walk or mountain bike ride.
Near the chalets there is also a playground for children, with a trampoline, a climbing frame with slide, swings etc..
* For horse lovers there is also something to do, on and around the domain rides are organised by a local horse instructor, he indicates his availability per week, these lessons can therefore only be booked upon arrival at the reception.
