This detached holiday home LOTT - Saint Germain les Belles, located on the village of the same name has all the comforts. A favourite among bookers!
Upon entering, you enter the cosy living room with open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with luze appliances such as a 5-burner gas cooker with oven by SMEG, dishwasher and spacious fridge. Near the open kitchen is a dining table with chairs and light through the large windows. From the kitchen you can walk through the sliding door to the 20 m2 covered veranda and the spacious 500 m2 garden with swimming pool. Across the kitchen is the cosy living room with a lovely sitting area consisting of a large leather sofa with footstool that can easily be converted into a lounge sofa. Via the stairs in the living room you go to the first floor where you find the 1st extra bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds and the bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and double washbasin and separate toilet. The stairs on the first floor take you to the attic with another very spacious bedroom. This could easily be the master bedroom. It also has two lovely box-spring beds (1 bed, but can be separated). This is only inside.

Outside you have a lovely garden with both sun and shade possibilities (600m2) with in front of the door a 20m veranda with garden furniture and next to it a wooden terrace with sunbeds and further on in the garden a cosy terrace with dining table and chairs and higher up the private build-up pool of 4.5m round.
Live like a local on the edge of the Haute-Vienne, Dordogne and Correze enjoy the house as a base from which to discover the beautiful surroundings. Or perfect as a stopover towards spain or portugal.
