Holiday home Le Bos de Rabaud has a large living room/ dining room with pretty French fire place and wood burner, TV, digital television, DVD, WIFI.
Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher (washing machine, dryer in basement)
Modern bathroom with spacious Italian walk-in shower with rain shower. Separate WC.
Two spacious French bedrooms both with double beds. The living room has a large, double sofa bed. Children's beds, baths and high chairs available. The spacious terrace is decorated for dining outside and enjoying a good glass of wine. BBQ. The pool is fenced and heated and situated in the woody garden of 1.2 ha. Swing, trampoline, table tennis table. There are benches so you can enjoy the panoramic view over the La Ribiere valley.

Note: There is also a 200- year- old farm on the grounds which has been renovated into a comfortable gite and furnished to suit 2-4 people. Completely furnished with a separate bedroom with bathroom with walk in shower and WC. Open kitchen complete with fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and Senseo coffee maker.
Upon request the gite can be rented as extra space for a larger family or party.

Relaxing, reviving and recharging in nature, enjoying birds in our woody garden of 1.2 ha is what we can offer you in our wonderful holiday home with magnificent view over the valley in Haute Vienne, Aquitaine.
New heated pool in the garden.
You can make beautiful walks on the Route Santiago de Compostela ( a.k.a. Route Saint Jacques) which runs across our house. Our holiday home is located in Parc Naturel Perigord Limousin, where you can enjoy a peaceful holiday in the countryside with its very friendly inhabitants, far away form mass tourism.
In the immediate surrounding you can visit lively local markets in Rochechouart and Saint Junien.
Cognac la Foret has a swimming lake with beach and playground. For a large indoor and outdoor pool complete with sauna and jaccuzi you can go to Saint Junien.
Limoges is the town known for its china production.

Further remarks

The supermarket is closed on Mondays, but the baker's is open every day.

    Wat een heerlijke plek! In het huis is alles aanwezig voor een super fijn verblijf en het zwembad en de tuin zorgen helemaal voor het vakantiegevoel!!! Aanrader!

    Fantastisch huis op een fantastische plek.
    Een fijne plek voor een vakantie met een kindje van 2,5 die heerlijk heeft kunnen zwemmen in het zwembad en spelen in de mooie tuin. We hebben veel dieren kunnen zien, dagelijks bezoek van het hert in de tuin en 's nachts de bosuilen gehoord. We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad waarbij in de omgeving genoeg te doen is. Het ontvangst en contact met de eigenaren was prettig.

    Wat hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit fijne huis. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig en ideaal wat ons betreft ideaal voor ons gezin met kleine kinderen. Van alle gemakken voorzien en genoeg vermaak voor de kleintjes (verwarmd zwembad, trampoline, schommel, spelletjes). We zijn weer helemaal uitgerust en opgeladen.
