This attractive gite is suitable for up to 4 people, with privacy and comfort being the watchwords.

The gite is practical and is furnished as follows;
- spacious living room.
- a large kitchen with all amenities.
- Furthermore, this cottage has 2 bedrooms with the 1st bedroom a double bed 180 cm wide and the 2nd bedroom 2 single beds 2x 90cm wide.
- Of course there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- This cottage also has a spa where you can relax and enjoy the view.
Finally! There is a terrace at both the front and the back of the gite. This allows you to decide at any time of day whether you want shade or sun with, of course, different views.
There is a swimming pool for general use. The pool has a diameter of 6.5 metres and is 1.30 deep.

Dit is de 2x dat we bij Vincent zijn geweest, een jaar daarvoor in de 2 persoons gite. Beide keren een zeer gastvrij welkom. Het is daar heerlijk vertoeven, in de jacuzzi in het zwembad en iedere dag genieten van het uitzicht, de ondergaande zon en ook zeer zeker de heldere sterrenhemel.
Gite is van alle gemakken voorzien en kom je iets te kort dan kun je dit aangeven. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis naar allerlei markten, bastides enz. in de omgeving. Kortom wij hebben beide keren tezamen met onze honden genoten. Een aanrader voor je rust, maar wil je iets meer drukte, die is zeker op te zoeken in de omgeving.Caroline en Henk from Gorssel,
Wij hebben weer een heerlijke vakantie achter de rug. Het is echt genieten bij Vincent op zijn Domaine. De heerlijke rust en het prachtige uitzicht , het is geweldig!
En bij mooi weer (dat is meestal het geval) is het genieten van de zonsondergang.
Een uitstekende locatie om wandelingen te maken. Vincent heeft een kaartenmapje te leen voor de liefhebber.
De markten in de buurt zijn allemaal het bezoeken waard.

Fantastische lokatie, rust en fraai uitzicht. Gite voorzien van alle benodigde comfort. Uitstekend bed.
Zeer behulpzame gastheer! Wij hadden eerst voor 1 week geboekt en waren naar andere lokatie vertrokken, deze viel erg tegen. Hierop contact met Vincent opgenomen en hij heeft alles in het werk gesteld om ons nog een goed 2e deel van de vakantie te bezorgen. Top gastheer!
Gaan zeker weer boeken in 2023.
Restaurants, food & wine
The gite is not far from the vineyards of Bergerac, Bordeaux, Duras and Cahors. There are several wine Chateaux that you can visit. In Bergerac there is a wine museum and a winery where you can taste and buy wine.
In the gite you will find a list of restaurants in the surrounding villages.
Furthermore, the famous "Foi gras", the duck or goose liver, is for sale in various places and markets.
Every day there is a weekly market somewhere. The one on Sunday morning in Issigeac is worth a visit.
There are also several evening markets where you can eat local dishes.
Activities
From Dozains you can visit the bastide towns in the area: a.o. Monpazier,Villeréal,Castillonnès.Monflaquin But also the beautiful castles of Biron, Bonaquil and Duras are just a stone's throw away.
You can also make a larger tour to medieval cities such as Sarlat and Agen, and end it through the wine regions of Bergerac or Cahors.
From May to September, various markets, feasts and festivals are held in the region. In July and August there is a food market in Villereal on Monday evening and on Tuesday evening a "food market" in Eymet.
Every Sunday there is a nice market in Issigeac.
For the children there are several amusement parks in the area. a.o. Walibi-parc in Agen, Survival-parc in La Capelle-Biron.
Golf course 9 holes in Tombeboeuf +- 20 km. 18 holes in Castelnaud -+19 km.
Horse riding in Lougratte, there is also a recreational lake --10 km.
There are several marked walks, ranging from 5 to 20 km.
There are also routes for cycling.these can be downloaded on clycling in lot et Garonne (www.routeyou.com).
Canoeing is possible on the Lot, Dordogne and Vezere.

Further remarks
In March, April and October the changeover days are also possible on other days, so you might have the possibility to fly from Rotterdam to Bergerac.
Additional price info and offers
Pool towels should be brought by yourself.
There is a deposit of €150 per stay, to be paid together with the 2nd instalment of the rental in advance.
The deposit will be refunded to the guest's bank account within 7 days after deduction of any damages.
Dogs are allowed at a fee of €5 per day per dog.
Tourist tax €1,50 per person per night. From 18 years of age.
