The house
The Gîte is located within the grounds of Château Caillac. It is within walking or cycling distance of two pretty villages with cafe, restaurant, bank, florist, boulangerie and epicery. There is a farm shop a few minutes walk away with fresh eggs, melon, tomatoes etc.
The Château is located on the River Lot and the gîte has full use of the gardens where you will benefit from private river access and jetty. There are 2 kayaks and 2 row boats for our guest to use.
A large selections of bikes including tandems are available to use also.
We have large gardens with football goal posts, a table tennis table, heated private swimming pool and a tree house.
Inside the gîte you will find an open plan living and kitchen space. There is a a job and oven, fridge freezer, microwave. Two large bedrooms. One bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a king size bed and single bed.
