La Casa-Alta Ceret is a beautiful house on the hills, 2 km from Ceret in the Pyrenees-Orientales. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. Beautiful walks can be made in the area, you will find your rest and peace in the beautiful mountains and the sea is not far away!

Description
Decorated in a modern style, the living room has a TV, telephone and WiFi. A heater / stove will heat the house in the cold nights in late autumn, and a cozy dining area overlooks the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas hob and microwave; dishwasher and fridge freezer, it is practical and functional.

The master bedroom has a bed of 180x190, and a private shower. These beds can be separated if necessary. The second bedroom has a bed 140x190. The third bedroom can accommodate 4 people in 1 bunk bed, a trundle bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a tub / shower and washing machine.

Outside
From the living room you have access to the terrace, ideal for BBQ and relaxation in the sun. The house is located on a borrowed road that is used only by the owners if they are present in their own house, neighbors on a long distance and hidden in the green. A fence closes the access to the house and the garden continues in the forest.

Environment
Within 2 minutes you are in the center of Ceret, where Picasso, Chagall and Soutine lived, along with their friend Miro, this is no coincidence. The light of Ceret, the view of the plain of Roussillon, and the sea at 25km, are the reasons of this amazing place. You can admire their works in the museum of modern art in the city. Take advantage of the market on Saturday morning for a drink on the terrace at the famous bar "The Pablo!" There are two supermarkets and all amenities in this charming town: Doctors, hospitals, shops and a cinema.

Activities
From the house you can walk on the path of "Traboucaïres" smugglers in Catalan, in the direction of nearby Spain. In Ceret is a swimming pool, tennis court, a cinema and a well-stocked library. Lake St. John, 6 km away offers a lifeguard, a lake for water skiing and activities such as "climb trees". As you drive up you have the spa Amélie-les-Bains and the Gulf of St Lawrence Cerdans. If you go to the beaches you will see the great beaches of Argelès and the very typical port of Collioure. At 12 km, the Spanish border, in the direction of Figueres and Dali Museum, or Cadaques and the small Greek port.
