Petit Paradis

The truly unique holiday home Petit Paradis is located on a breathtakingly beautiful 7-hectare fenced estate right on the River Lot. A true fishing and holiday paradise for the whole family. There is a large private jetty with boat with outboard motor, near the jetty is a wooden cottage with water and electricity.
Since 2017, there is a private heated swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres ( heated from May to September ).
Night fishing is allowed. The river is enormously rich in carp and catfish. This year again, 300 mirror carp have been released in the river in front of the house.
The holiday home has two double bedrooms (with extremely comfortable beds) with air conditioning and each has its own bathroom and a box bed suitable for one adult or two children. There is a spacious living room with an open kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.
From the large balcony ( 16 m2 ) you have breathtaking views over the Lot river, the orchards, fields of wild flowers and the hills behind.
The house is tastefully and luxuriously furnished, there is satellite TV with all Dutch channels, wifi (in and around the house) and DVD player. The house has a large private garden (5000 m2), with various garden furniture and for the children a large safe trampoline, canoes, pedal boats and bicycles. These are available on request.
And for the fishermen there is a fisherman's cottage by the river, with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine.
Unfortunately, due to bad experiences in the past, we can no longer accept dogs.
And a maximum of only 2 fishermen.
