The house
"Le clos des mimosas" is a very quiet town house in one of the most beautiful villages of France. Fantastically situated in the sunny south-west of France, on the edge of the medieval bastide village of MONFLANQUIN, From the house you have a panorama never to forget!
We have a beautiful garden with fruit trees, petanque court and swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers.
The beautiful golf course (18 holes) in Castelnaud is only 15 minutes from the house.
The house is connected to an alarm.
Baker, butcher, restaurants, shops, hairdresser, tourist office, market square, ... are within walking distance.
The house is tastefully decorated. It has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen with a view of the landscape.
There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. On the large covered terrace you can barbecue with a view of the pool and the region.
Quality time is assured with a game of pétanque.
With an availability of four bedrooms (and one sofa bed), the house is suitable for families or a group of friends of 2/10 persons.
