L'Hirondelle

Welcome to our holiday home l'Hirondelle. This detached gîte is located on the small holiday domain Aux Martis, situated in the beautiful "campagne" of the Lot-et-Garonne. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms are on the ground floor, from the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a third bedroom. These rooms are equipped with:

- Kitchen with dining table, a modern equipped kitchen with induction hob, hot air oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender.
- Living room with sofa and armchairs. During the cold winter months you can enjoy the wood stove here
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin
- Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 bed
- Bedroom 2 with two 90x200 beds
- Mezzanine with 90x200 bed

A good night's sleep is important. Our mattresses are therefore of high quality, just like the bedding. All our sheets and covers are cotton and the pillows and duvets are synthetic, making them anti-allergenic. During the hot summers, double-glazing and shutters keep the inside cool.

From the terrace you overlook the surrounding fields and forests. Here, enjoy the soothing sound of grazing cows, an unwary deer at the edge of the forest and birds of prey circling overhead. The many trees surrounding the Hirondelle provide shade, coolness and privacy.

On request, we provide a cot and/or dining chair free of charge. The washing machine is shared and is located in a common room next to the campers' sanitary facilities.
Bed linen is always provided, adapted to the season. Bath linen is optional. There is no WIFI in the gîte, but stable 4G coverage is available. WIFI is available in the reception area (near the party room) and you are welcome here at any time of the day.

The swimming pool is about 50 metres' walk from the cottage and is equipped with loungers, shaded areas and parasols. It is a shared pool: guests of the other gîtes and any campers from our mini-campsite also use it. The pool is open from mid-May to September, from 10am to 8pm each time.
