Domaine de la Bade - Gîte Cabardès

Gîte Cabardès is situated on a hilltop, a stone's throw from the Cabardès wine region and with an overwhelming view of the valley of Carcassonne and the Pyrenees. This stylish gîte, which excels in interior design and luxury, with its 90 m2 is a spacious holiday home for families with children.
The gîte has a barn chic style décor, a fantastically equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, TV and blissful beds with quality bed linen and large soft towels.

The master bedroom (with blackout curtains) is located on the Mezzanine and has an en-suite bathroom. For the children there is a cozy little bedroom, accessible through a "secret door"
Large panoramic terrace doors give access to the very spacious terrace and your own private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and teak garden furniture.

From this lovely spot you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. Do you need peace & privacy, you'll find it here! Feel like having a good time? At the edge of the swimming pool and during the weekly "table d'hôtes" dinner you will meet fellow bon vivants. Only if you want to!

Ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and all necessities to prepare a delicious meal
- Very spacious living / dining room (45M2) with breathtaking views. Equipped with TV and DVD player
- Private terrace and garden with BBQ, close to the pool and with beautiful views of the Pyrenees. Besides a teak garden set, you also have access to two private sun loungers in your own garden.

First floor:
- Cosy and very spacious "Mezzanine" bedroom (28M2) with blackout curtains, overlooking the living room with comfortable box-spring beds - 2 x 90cm x 200cm.
- Children's room accessible through a "secret" door with two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Also for the children Domaine de la Bade is a true holiday paradise. While you can relax reading a book, there is plenty of space for the children to romp around and enjoy! The swimming pool, the swings, the trampolines and wandering through the fields on the 14 hectare domain (without proximity to busy roads) are the favorite pastimes of our youngest guests.
