The house
When you enter the villa through the front door, you almost immediately find yourself in the large living/dining room. A large dining table, a large sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic view through the large sliding doors. This also gives you direct access to 2 terraces facing east and south. The south-facing terrace also has sun protection.
There is also a billiard table in this room which you are free to use.
Opposite this room there is a corridor with 3 bedrooms (of which 1 with private bathroom), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and the stairs up as well as the stairs down. Upstairs there is another bedroom with private bathroom. Downstairs there is a large relaxation area with sliding doors to the pool.

Douelle is situated in the rolling hills of the Haute-Garonne. On top of a ridge with an unobstructed view of the fantastic Pyrenees, you will find Douelle.
The village of Cazac (to which Douelle belongs) is at about 2 km distance. Furthermore, the landscape is characterised by hills and valleys in which meadows and arable farming alternate with forests. A beautiful area for walking and cycling.
The hills are not too steep so you can still cycle without it becoming an ordeal. Many walking routes are available at the local tourist office. So if you are looking for a quiet rural place but also near the more active life, Douelle is the place to be. Also in winter

There are plenty of activities in the area. Ski resorts only 1 hour away, Spain 1.5 hours. Toulouse less than 1 hour (visit Airbis), Lourdes, Tarbes, Foix, Mirepoix, and much more.
Douelle itself is quietly situated with walking and cycling possibilities nearby.

Further remarks
Doulle is situated in the Haute-Garonne. One of the departments that together form the Midi-Pyrenees. The Midi-Pyrenees is a very versatile region. From the Pyrenees to the Garonne. In this whole region, there is always something to do. Within 1 hour drive there are many possibilities to visit cities. Of course they all have their own markets and places of interest. Therefore we only mention the cities. More information is available in the visitors map or at the tourist office.
For example, in Toulouse you can visit the Airbus factories, in Lourdes you can visit the cathedral, in Auch you can look for d'Artagnan (the 4th musketeer), in Tarbes you can visit the Spanish Riding School, in Foix you can visit the famous castle, and so on.

Zeer fraaie vakantiewoning waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is. Prachtig zwembad, jaccuzzi, gasBBQ, airoc, heel leuke speelkelder waar de kinderen zich geen moment vervelen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de gulle eigenaar die je bij elk mogelijk probleem uit de nood helpt. Topvakantiewoning!

Fantastisch huis, roofvogels spotten vanaf het terras (met de verrekijker). Huis is heel goed te doen met meerdere personen, 1 badruimte is voor 8 personen wel wat weinig, gelukkig zijn er wel 2 toiletten aanwezig. Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen maar niet eenzaam, Wel behoorlijke afstand tot bakker/boodschappen etc.
Qua plek, uitzicht, zonsondergangen, sterrenhemel, vogels, rust etc. alleen maar genieten!
