The house
Holiday home Les Lacades with PRIVATE pool is located just outside the village of Touzac. It has a spacious living room with spacious kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The living room has comfortable chairs and a sofa. There is Dutch television and internet (wifi).
There are 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 2 bed with 2 mattresses of 90x200 and 2 separate duvets.
Bedroom 2: 2 bed with 2 mattresses of 80x200 and 2 separate duvets + loft bed of 90x200.
Bathroom with shower.
The washing machine is in the shed.
The garden is completely fenced and there is a lot of privacy. The swimming pool (not fenced) 9x4 meters. (open from June to September)
There are plenty of garden and deck chairs and a simple BBQ.
We cannot use our house all summer. (we don't have that much vacation) that's why we offer it for rental. We always really enjoy the peace and quiet and the environment. There is plenty of opportunity for walking, cycling, fishing, visiting villages and markets. And don't forget the culinary part. There are plenty of chateaux where you can taste wine and lunch in the restaurants in the area is a must.
In short, all the ingredients for a wonderful time.
A baker comes into the village every morning. So you can have breakfast with a fresh baguette.
In the village there is a cafe and a hairdresser.

Heerlijk huis en tuin. Groene rustige omgeving. In het dorpje is het cafeetje dicht, maar je kunt er leuke kleine avond wandelingen maken. Ik heb veel reeën gezien. Dorpen in nabije omgeving mooi en je kunt op veel plekken heerlijk en gezellig lunchen.

Leuk verblijf gehad. Ruim genoeg en leuke tuin met groot zwembad!
Pluspunt voor ons met een 2-jarige is dat de tuin volledig omheind is en onze kleine dus gewoon op z'n eentje de grote tuin kon ontdekken.

Heel fijn huisje op een fijne plek. Geen grote luxe, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er en werkt zoals het moet. Maar hier leef je vooral in de fijne tuin. Grote troef van het huis is het zalige zwembad, heerlijk groot en door de zon zalig opgewarmd. Fijne omgeving met leuke dorpjes, genoeg activiteiten en mooie wandelingen.
Verder ook fijn contact met de eigenaren en de beheerders ter plaatse.
