The house
The delightfully heated pool is continuously at least 27°C!
Pastel has just had a trendy new bathroom and a kitchen that is fully equipped.
This house is the former "Maison de gardien" and is part of Domaine Roujos which consists of the "Maison de maître", where we live ourselves, 3 gites and a large Heated Pool. All this on 7 hectares of land with beautiful views on all sides of the lovely rolling countryside of the "Lomagne".
This charming real French gite Pastel (80m2, 2-4persons), has NET been given a new kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven etc and a new bathroom! There is a lovely spacious terrace with wooden garden furniture, parasol, BBQ, deck chairs and a beautiful view of the hills with the church of Vigueron. The house is well positioned with respect to the maison de maitre and is separated from it by a barn to ensure the privacy of our guests.
The house has on the ground floor (30m2) a cozy living room with open kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer), new bathroom with walk-in shower and hanging toilet, and on the first floor two very spacious attractive bedrooms (25m2 each) and features:

a washing machine,
use of playground equipment, children's swing and slide, large fixed BBQ with picnic tables, a jeu des boules court and of course the lovely heated swimming pool.

Lovely professional HEATED swimming pool! Amid beautiful gently undulating countryside close to the medieval market village of Beaumont de Lomagne (4 km) in the Tarn et Garonne, on the border with the Gers. 50 km north of Toulouse is the Roujos estate.
Here in the Tarn et Garonne, you can relax by the sunny heated pool. Dine under the stars and enjoy typical French villages, you know them from films, covered terraces and country cooking. With its warm climate, friendly people and easy-going way of life, you can completely relax and unwind in this lovely area.

Lovely HEATED Swimming Pool: by means of a professional heat pump, so whatever the weather.... there can be swimming!
The fully fenced pool is sheltered and facing south, with beautiful views over the hills.
Its generous size (14x6.5m), roman steps, and heating make swimming extremely enjoyable for both young and older guests. The first part of the pool is 1 metre deep and then slopes down to 2 metres and is therefore also very suitable for younger children. Underwater lighting adds an extra dimension to swimming in the evening.
Sunbeds with mattresses are at your disposal.

Wij verbleven in het huisje Ocre. Heel fijn, schoon en compleet huis. Heerlijk zwembad. De waterkoker functioneerde niet goed, dit aangegeven en de volgende ochtend kregen we een nieuwe. Fijne service. Veel privacy. Er kwam ook nog een hertje langs. Horren voor de ramen (niet dat er veel insecten zijn maar toch fijn als je de ramen open wilt zetten).

Wat heb ik met mijn vrouw en 2 kinderen ( 2.5 en 4 jaar ) een heerlijk verblijf gehad op landgoed Roujos. Wij hadden gite Occra gehuurd en het eerste wat opviel was de ruimte. Wat groot en leuk ingedeeld. Er is boven een gemeenschappelijk speelruimte voor de kinderen en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Een grote plus is het verwarmd zwembad. De kinderen stonden bibberend in het zwembad in Nederland en in Roujos konden ze heerlijk lang zwemmen. In de buurt heb je genoeg bezienswaardigheden wat aan te rijden is (Toulouse, Montauban, Auch Tarban en nog veel meer). Ons ontvangst op het landgoed was heel hartelijk en ik zou een verblijf hier iedereen durven aan te raden!
