Les Fleurs (L'Oustal du Viaur)

Set in outstanding scenery overlooking the Viaur Gorge this beautifully restored former fermette offers traditional architecture whilst providing all the modern comforts of home. The farm complex with its own pool is in a small hamlet located on the border of the Aveyron and Tarn departments offering easy access to all that these fabulously unspoilt departments have to offer. Please note the grounds and pool are shared with our other gite Bleuet (sleeps 9) and we the owners live on site. Les Fleurs consists of 2 gites interconnected by doors at ground level and first floor. It is ideally suited for family groups or groups of friends holidaying together and we have worked hard to ensure that we can provide all you need to have a great group holiday.
Les Fleurs Annex A (Sleeps 5/6) 2 bedrooms
There is a large kitchen diner with seating for 11 so you can all eat together comfortably if you prefer to dine indoors, family sitting room and large wet room/shower room and toilet all on the ground floor. Up the wooden staircase you have two very large bedrooms - a master bedroom with a big double bed and space for cot if needed and a second bedroom set out as triple (with space for smaller child bed's if needed. A modern bathroom and WC finishes off the second floor.
Les Fleurs Annex B (Sleeps 6) 3 bedrooms
Annex B is arranged over three floors. At ground level you enter via the private patio - into the kitchen diner which serves well as a breakfast room for early and later risers (seats 6)- off the corridor there is a shower room with WC and next to this a cool twin bedroom. On the second floor you have the family sitting room . This can be accessed by the ground floor stairs or by an external staircase and balcony. Also on the second floor is a spacious double bedroom with space for a cot or small child's bed. Up onto the third level you have a lovely big master bedroom up in the eves and a relaxing bathroom with roll top bath. There are interconnecting doors between the two gîtes at Ground and first floor levels. The patio here is large enough to ensure all 11 can eat together outside.
There is a well stocked games store with badminton, table tennis, table football etc Also we have a site laundry for your use with 2 washing machines, tumble dryer, irons and ironing board.
In the grounds you have the large shared pool which is well protected by an NF fence and security gate - plus 2 play areas for toddlers and younger children. In the grounds we have installed a pétanque court and a pique-nique area under the walnut trees.
