Villa Les Palmiers

Villa Les Palmiers is the perfect holiday villa for groups and families of up to 12 people looking for peace and cosiness but still very keen to be close to the coast. Located on a slope in Les Issambres, from the villa you overlook the bay and its surroundings. Because of its location combined with its size, namely 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this villa is a rarity in the region. During the off-peak season, i.e. April, May and October, it is also possible to rent the house for up to 4 people, in which case the upper floor is closed off.

Via a dead-end public road, steeply uphill, you arrive at the entrance gate of Villa Les Palmiers. Here we are on the first floor level of the villa where the garage is also located. In the very quiet street there is plenty of space to park.
On both sides of the villa you can descend stairs or a path in the garden to the ground floor. The beautifully landscaped garden with its Mediterranean plants and palms immediately puts you in the right holiday mood. On the lower part of the garden is the newly built 10m by 4m swimming pool, surrounded by a nice terrace with loungers and a parasol. An outdoor shower has even been thought of.
A little further on you will also find a jeu de boules area for those who love to play and under one of the covered terraces there is also a table football.
On the southern side of the house, a large and cosy terrace has been created with a pergola and a long table for groups to enjoy home-cooked meals together. A gas BBQ is provided to help you prepare.
From this terrace you can walk straight into the airy living space through French doors. An open modern kitchen is equipped with all the luxury and comforts including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and coffee machine and overlooks a cosy dining area with wooden table and chairs. So on a colder evening, you can also eat inside, in all cosiness. Following on from the dining area is a cosy sitting area, equipped with 2 comfortable sofas and a TV corner.
The sleeping area is closed off from the living area by a door. Once in the corridor, you have 2 spacious and airy bedrooms on the garden side, each with a double bed (consisting of 2 mattresses). There are also 2 bathrooms. One has a double sink, spacious walk-in shower and split-off toilet. The other has a single sink, walk-in shower and toilet together.

External stairs take you upstairs to the first floor, where you enter a large living area with modern sofas, and access to a terrace with beautiful sea views. In a side area with glass valleys, you'll find a closet that serves as a mini-kitchen, equipped with coffee machine, microwave, sink and mini-frigo. This means that the company sleeping upstairs is also quickly in reach of a kitchen facility. From this open space there is connection to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms upstairs again have a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and are always airy and modern. An artistic touch has been added in each room, making the whole look very playful. Both bathrooms have a shower and washbasin. There is also a toilet.

All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning.
