The cottage has been transformed from a barn into a beautiful holiday home for 4 people on a lush 13.5-hectare estate. The beautiful stone walls and wood-burning stove, old oak beams exude an atmosphere of yesteryear, while providing you with all modern conveniences. Around the house is a large garden of up to 4000 metres, including a playground for children. You walk straight to the lake (10 metres) where, under the fragrant Linden tree and private jetty, you can fish with 3 rods for 205 euros per person per week for large carp and sturgeon and look out over the beautiful lake with rolling hills and our horses. The room with French doors to the terrace has a sofa, seat and dining table television with Dutch channels and internet. It is equipped with a kitchen with grill/oven, cooker, extractor, coffee machine and fridge with freezer, bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, separate toilet and upstairs a beautiful mezzanine, with wrought-iron gate where 1 double box-spring bed is made. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed. You may bring your pet, but as there are other people and animals on the property, such as horses, the animal must be well listened to or on a leash, there are large fields to let your pet out and romp around. The village is 1 km away where there is a bakery, post office, small epicerie and a large church for viewing. We offer bread service and will take your order daily from the hot bakery. This house lends itself well to combine carp fishing with company of friends and family, it is very small, only 2 cottages and in total only 4 anglers allowed on the lake of 3.5 HA
