The house
The chalet is 4 km from the river Allier in a small village. The domain is 13.5 ha, with a lake of 3.5 ha. which large carp and sturgeon can be fished. 1 camping place with facilities and is focused on that and can be rented. The chalet is together with a stone cottage and the main house on the large domain and is very small-scale with max 4 fishermen.Only if it is rented together with gite l'Allier and the camping site can be 5 fishermen The chalet has a living room with sofa bed, Dutch TV, a wood stove and well equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 pers.bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
In front of the door is a terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture and parasol, bbq. There is a shed next to the house to store your belongings. To be able to carp fishing at night, we would like you to bring a tent so you can stay on the water to get those big fish out quickly.The meadows run around the lake and you can see our horses grazing on the other side, the area is hilly and there are very nice villages and towns to visit, also the beautiful animal / amusement park Le Pal is nearby and you can use the natural river Allier a beautiful canoe trip or swim.Our domain lends itself particularly well to some luxury fishing with family or friends, the carp stock is very nice and varied with a few sturgeons, the carp go up to 24kg but the average is above 15kg.We would like to welcome you at La Cour Neuve and give you the holiday you deserve.

Wat een heerlijke plek en wat een schatten zijn Ria en Arie.
Enrom genoten van het vissen (wat zijn die schubkarpers sterk), de reeën, de ooievaar, de koek-koek en alle andere vogels die we gezien en gehoord hebben.Echt een aanrader en we komen zijn terug.

The beautiful cities of Moulins(25km)),Bourges(75km),Nevers(50km) and Vichy(78 km) offer something for everyone, culture, music, museums, sports.But also many small villages and towns offer something for everyone, specialty, ruins, spas, casinos, canoeing (there is a 40 km beautiful trip downstream, a wonderful experience children do va 7 jr, mountain biking, cycling, we have several tours for you plotted with included the most beautiful sights. Furthermore, you can fish for carp, Koi, grass carp and sturgeon of 1.60 mtr, this can be done in the cottages with 3 rods per person for 195 € per person per week. The price of carp fishing is 195€ p.p. with 3 rods.Children under 14 years are not allowed to fish independently due to the size of the fish.
If you book with us you agree to the terms and conditions that we will send you, furthermore we are proud of our beautiful healthy fish stock and keep it up to standard and expect from the fishermen the same love for the carp and sturgeon, so use fish-friendly attributes and natural bait that the fish can digest.
Dogs are welcome and cost €35 p.h.
