The holiday house Les Bras de Lanas is located in the Ardèche department at about 925 km from Brussels. The house is detached and situated on a rural property of about 16 acres along a dead-end road. The house is a cosy and very neat holiday home that is suitable for 6-9 persons (e.g. 2 families with children) and all the basic comforts are present to ensure you a relaxing holiday.
The garden is beautifully landscaped with many flowers and herbs (free to use) and connects to an open meadow (not demarcated garden) with woods where children can run around freely. In the garden is an unheated private swimming pool of 8 metres by 5 metres and 1.50 metres deep. The pool can be closed with an automatic shutter that meets the current safety standards. For cooling down but within walking distance (500m) is the river Ardèche where you can relax with the whole family. In the evening you can enjoy an outdoor BBQ and take a seat under a lush grapevine. A recently constructed petanque field ensures that you will have a wonderful holiday under the sun with everything you need at the holiday home Les Bras de Lanas.

Attached to the house is a large garden and playing field so there is plenty of space on site but if you want to go out you will not easily get bored.

- Swimming water, the river Ardèche, is 500m away.
- The sandy beach of Vogué is 1.5 km away.
