Located in Drôme provençale, in the heart of the Baronnies nature park, 3km from Nyons and at the foot of the picturesque village of Aubres. The studio is located in the beautiful Eygues valley, which is only a 10-minute walk away (approx. 500m),
Between fields of olive trees, apricot trees and lavender, you'll find your own piece of paradise, with a wide choice of activities to suit everyone: walking or cycling, Provencal markets and tasting of regional produce, and visits to cultural sites.
Accommodation
East-facing ground-floor studio apartment in a bioclimatic passive house built in 2024 using a combination of wood and straw insulation. In a natural and peaceful setting, the studio adjoins the owner's main house and is close to another house. It has its own entrance, a parking space, a courtyard and a large 18m2 private wooden terrace in the middle of nature. View of slopes/shadow...

In the main room you will find a new rapido convertible sofa with 160x190 bedding, a table and chair and storage space.

In July and August rental for a minimum of 7 nights.
Non-smoking accommodation, no disturbances at night, your pet is welcome if it is well-behaved and clean and kept on a lead (terrace and courtyard not fenced in).
The accommodation must be left clean, and we have decided not to charge a cleaning fee. Nevertheless, we are counting on you to leave the flat as clean as you found it when you returned, as sheets and towels are not provided.
