The house
Z-shaped living room with spacious sitting and dining area, equipped with TV (with Dutch channels), DVD etc. and music system. Well equipped kitchen, scullery with household appliances. Large bedroom with French doors with private bathroom and separate toilet and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and separate toilet.
Magnificent views, spacious terraces, of which 2 are covered, by the house and by the swimming pool.
Linen is included. Smoking inside and pets are not allowed.

The beautiful house is located 10 minutes from the village. Walking and cycling in a wooded area or discovering villages and cities of the southern Drôme. Close to the cosy Provencal markets of Nyons and Vaison la Romaine. Many cultural sights to see: Avignon, Nîmes, Aix en Provence and Marseille are definitely worth a day trip. Around the house you will find vineyards, lavender fields, olive groves and truffle oaks. Nearby flows the small river Lez.

Restaurants, food & wine
The southern Drôme is the fruit basket of France. As far as the eye can see, there are vineyards of the famous Côte du Rhône wines. Everywhere, you will find beekeepers for delicious fresh honey, lavender fields and several farms with sheep and goats for delicious fresh cheese. Around La Baume-de-Transit, many truffles are found.
Activities
Walking, cycling, swimming, climbing, climbing Mont Ventoux by car, on foot or by bike. Bicycle rental possible in La Baume de Transit : road bikes, mountain bikes and e-bikes.

Le Chêne Truffier is completely detached, has its own spacious grounds and a large swimming pool.
Unfortunately, pets are not welcome. Smoking is also not permitted indoors.
Final cleaning and bed, bath and kitchen linen must be paid for: €100.

Wat een heerlijk compleet huis! Smaakvol en comfortabel, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en werkt naar behoren. Het zwembad is groot genoeg voor een lekker baantje zwemmen en ook de tuin is indrukwekkend met veel bloemen en groot genoeg voor een wandelingetje na het diner. Het huis wordt zichtbaar met liefde beheerd, leuk dat ze dat met ons willen delen. We gaan graag terug.
