Les Tilleuls

In the Livradois-Forez regional park (Auvergne) near the "abandoned village" Issandolanges, you will find Gîte les Tilleuls. The gîte was completely refurbished in 2022 and fully equipped for 5 people. The gîte is located at 780m altitude and has a beautiful view over the woods. Nearby you can enjoy hiking and cycling. In the valley flows the river La Dolore.

The gîte is rated 4-star and has modern Scandinavian furnishings:
- First spacious comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and bathroom en-suite with shower and washbasin
- Second bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom en-suite with shower and washbasin
- A separate toilet on the 1st floor
- A fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher
- A sitting area with a (sofa) bed and an armchair (sofa bed for 2 persons 140 x 200 cm)
- A wood-burning stove (wood is provided)
- A TV
- WiFi (and good 4G coverage)
- Free parking

In addition, you can use the garden shared with us with a garden table, chairs and BBQ. A baby cot is available on request. Bed linen, towels, flannels and hand/tea towels are included in the price. A washing machine is available in the gîte.

Things to bear in mind:
We live next to the gîte ourselves and have two dogs (French bulldogs). They are incredibly friendly and run free in the garden. Bringing pets please consult us.

Some other house rules:
- Parties are not allowed
- No smoking inside or outside the gîte
- Damage to our property must be reported to us at all times
